Rapper Kanye West has put his Beverly Hills mansion on the market, suggesting he and bride-to-be Alexis Pfifer are looking to start married life in early 2008 in a new home.

The “Gold Digger’s” estate is offered for $8.7 million and features park-like grounds and planning permission for a two-story guesthouse the rap star never started work on.

It is believed West was building the guest house for his mother Donda, who died unexpectedly in November.
