R&B star Rihanna proved she’s on the mend after announcing rescheduled dates for two of U.K. gigs she canceled due to a mystery illness. The Umbrella singer pulled out of concerts in Nottingham, Birmingham and Bournemouth under doctor’s orders, mid-way through her European tour earlier this month.

And although her representatives did not reveal details of her illness, fans were fearing the worst.

Now the star has allayed concerns by announcing she will play the Birmingham NEC show on December 18 and the Nottingham gig on December 20. No new date for the Bournemouth show has yet been confirmed.

Rihanna - who was discovered by rap sensation Jay-Z - began the tour in Paris last month and was due to end it on December 21 in Moscow, Russia.
